Tired of the jeans not fitting, the ever-present muffin top, refusing to buy the next size up, two friends are determined the lose the 15-20 pounds that seems to want to hang around (our waist that is!).  We’ve committed to fit-bit step challenges each month, a monthly work-out challenge for cardio and strength training and 2,015 miles in 2015, but we are also committed to eating healthier.  Less processed foods, less eating out, less sugar, salt and fat and more fruits, veggies and whole grains!
