I have been trying to become a fan of the overnight oatmeals. Prepared the night before they become a super quick and easy breakfast. Problem is that I don’t like cold oatmeal. So, I stick to recipes that allow me to heat the oatmeal in the morning! This one was a chai oatmeal with toasted pecans and coconut on top!
The only thing I would do different is add some more almond milk when I heat it, I prefer my oatmeal to be a little runny. Otherwise, this was a win for breakfast!!!
