After a weekend of beers and bar food in Nashville, it is time to get serious about healthy eating! Re-committed to logging my food and creating meal plans to get back in control.
Tonight’s dinner was an easy roasted broccoli and garlic (just love me some roasted garlic!!!). Once out of the oven it’s tossed with lemon juice, toasted pecans and parm cheese. Bummer that I burnt the first batch of pecans!!
