Week 2, Soup 2

CarbLover joined me in testing out my second soup in this month’s challenge!  She brought over a bottle of white (wait, is she trying to tell me something?) and I shared a bottle of red (new blend)


And she lived up to her name by bringing a pizza made with spaghetti squash crust (spaghetti squash, egg beater, mozzarella) topped with carmelized onions!  It’s not pizza, but it’s the next best thing!!!


My second soup was a slow-cooker corn and red pepper chowder and homemade white bread (soup recipe here -http://ohmyveggies.com/slow-cooker-corn-red-pepper-chowder/ )


All new things in wine and dine turned out wonderfully!! Most of all the time spent with a good friend!
